• Only Check-in Hall Tiling Remaining. Majority of wall tiling complete.

• Majority of Millwork installations completed. Only check-in hall and departure desks remain.

• Exterior stucco installation complete.

• Building wayfinding signage installation complete.

• Baggage Handling System installations underway

• Roof Membrane and thermal paint installation complete

• Majority of phase 1 apron areas complete.

• Ceiling installation in check in hall completed. Installation of speakers and lighting ongoing.

• Taxi-stand shade structures, drop off road and parking lot complete. Focus is on completing the last portion of the plaza area.

• East and West side of the building inspected and approved for energization (should see lights and HVAC on in most of the building by end of first week of October).

AUGUST 2025 UPDATE

• Majority of floor tiling completed throughout building. Wall tiling installation commenced.

• Majority of drywalling completed throughout building.

• Stucco installation completed on roof and majority of first coat completed on exterior.

• Commenced panel installations of final apron area

• Ceiling installation in check in hall commenced

• Majority of mechanical equipment installed in primary mechanical room

• Majority of Plaza taxi stand steel shade structures installed

• Mahogany tree road fully poured (only driveways/entrance lanes to taxiway and parking lot remain)

• Commenced Landscaping scope/plantings

• 50% complete wastewater treatment plant installations (comms, sanitary lines, control room, holding tanks and lift station)

JULY 2025 UPDATE

• Drywall, painting, and tiling completed in West side of building (Sector C)

• Roofing waterproofing system completed. Only reflex white paint is required to complete scope.

• Majority of mechanical infrastructure installations complete throughout building (HVAC, Fire Suppression, STW Drainage, Plumbing)

• Completed majority of stucco installations on roof

• Commence exterior stucco and finishes installations

• Commenced washroom finish installations (toilets, sinks, tiles, etc.)

• Primary switchboard (DP-A) energized inside ATB electrical room

• Majority of Mahogany Tree Road Concrete Pouring completed

• Apron PCC lanes poured for areas ‘F-1’ and ‘F-2’ (One area remaining to complete phase 1 scope)

• Airside light masts installation commenced (4 installed)

• Check in hall high walls poured. Architectural structural steel installations ongoing

• Commenced installation of exterior fixed canopies

• Continued installation of roof decking and steel on East side of building. The roof is scheduled to be completed (fully poured) by first week of May

• First run of Apron trench drain poured/installed

• Majority of landside storm water outlet installations complete (one headwall remaining)

• All ground-floor concrete walls completed (poured)

• Finalized masonry wall installations in the Arrivals baggage reclaim area

• HVAC installations ongoing throughout Western third/section of the building

• West side Mechanical & Electrical Rooms blockwork completed

• Drywall stud and gypsum board installation ongoing in West Office areas

• Departure hold area roof decking/scaffolding installations ongoing & roof slab pouring ongoing

• Storm Pipe & Trench Drain Installation Ongoing (Majority of Airside STW scope complete) 

• Continued WWTP Installation. Blinding poured; foundation steel installed

• Continued airside and landside lighting installations. Foundations poured; conduits routed
   

FEBRUARY 2025 UPDATE

• All Floor Slabs completed (poured)

• All roof slabs and inverted beam poured/completed from GL 8 – 14 (The Western third of the building). 

• Finalized masonry wall installations in the Arrivals baggage reclaim area, and continuing installations along on the West side of the building

• HVAC installations ongoing throughout Western third/section of the building

• Drywall stud installation started

• Commenced Wastewater Treatment Plant Installation

• Commenced Airside and Landside lighting installations

• East side future parking lot caliche placed and compacted
   

JANUARY 2025 UPDATE

• Contractor remobilized from Christmas Break

• Eastern Cistern Backfilled and Substructure Works Complete

• Continue installations of West superstructure walls and roofs.

• Mezzanine Floor Slab Poured

• Baggage Reclaim Roof Poured

• Majority of Phase F-1 Apron works completed

• Airside STW and outfall installation close to completion (minor works remain)

OCTOBER 2024 UPDATE

• Majority of Substructure Completed (Only East Cistern and a few step footings remain)

• All external Eastern Stormwater Cistern Wall Poured, once internal walls are poured, and external walls are cured we will begin the top slab (final steps of the substructure)

• Continued installations of West superstructure walls, started forming SW structure roof slabs

• Apron works Continued – 50% PCC apron pour completed

• Begun airside STW and outfall installations during night shift (completion expected in coming weeks)
